1 Acceptance of Terms

Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in suspension of the account and freezing of all associated funds pending verification. 3 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the 57v66 platform. Multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or different identities — are strictly prohibited. Where 57v66 detects multiple accounts associated with a single individual, all accounts may be closed and all balances forfeited.

3.1 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and such other information as may be required during the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and one-time passwords (OTPs). You agree not to share your login details with any third party. 57v66 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account that arises from your failure to maintain adequate account security. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must contact 57v66 support immediately via live chat.

3.3 KYC Verification

57v66 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required at any time to provide one or more of the following: a valid government-issued photo ID (SSS ID, PhilHealth, UMID, driver's license, or passport), proof of billing address, or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts pending KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

57v66 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana Lhuillier. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 57v66 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits are made in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made from payment methods not registered in the player's name may be rejected and refunded. 57v66 reserves the right to apply additional verification before crediting unusual or large-value deposits.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, except where the original method is unavailable. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Most withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are processed within sixty (60) minutes of approval; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

57v66 reserves the right to perform enhanced verification before processing any withdrawal request. Pending active bonus wagering requirements or unresolved KYC requirements may delay withdrawals. 57v66 may refuse a withdrawal and suspend an account if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 57v66 platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, trade names, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of 57v66 Casino or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform strictly for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 57v66.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 57v66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

57v66's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

57v66 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

57v66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to pass age or identity verification;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Chargebacks initiated by the player or their payment provider;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• At the request of a competent regulatory authority.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12 Amendments

57v66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 13 Governing Law
